Andrew Balfour Photography is a privately owned studio in Ottawa, Ontario and was founded in 1990. Andrew Balfour, owner and principle photographer, graduated from the Algonquin College School of Photography in 1983 and is a member in good standing of CAPIC (Canadian Association of Photographers and Illustrators in Communications).
Andrew believes every portrait and event he shoots preserves the memory of an important person or time in life, and should be treated with the greatest care. As such, every client is treated as an individual, with packages customized to their needs and concerns.
